…out of the more than 400,000 Israelis living beyond the ’67 borders, most of them would stay in their places and the border would move and annex what is called the ‘settlement blocs’. And that is already agreed. The only obstacle that remains, and the only one that the Israeli government refuses to solve, is the settlements – and I don’t mean the settlement blocs, where most Israelis over the Green Line live, I mean the settlements that will have to be evacuated in order to make the reality possible for an agreement.
